Acceptance of terms
Workly ("the platform") is operated by Doglobe Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. By using Workly, you agree to these terms. If you're posting jobs or contacting candidates on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Workly. By creating an account, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you'll keep it up to date. One person, one account — shared accounts are not permitted.
Job postings
Employers are responsible for the accuracy of their job postings. Jobs must be real, current openings. We reserve the right to remove postings that are misleading, discriminatory, or violate our content guidelines. Job postings must comply with Pakistan's labour laws.
Candidate profiles
Candidates are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles and résumés. Misrepresenting qualifications, experience, or identity may result in account suspension. Your profile is your professional brand — keep it honest.
Prohibited conduct
You may not use Workly to: post fake or fraudulent jobs, harass other users, scrape or copy data without permission, send spam, reverse-engineer our platform, or violate any applicable laws. We monitor for abuse and will suspend accounts that violate these rules.
Intellectual property
Workly and its logo are trademarks of Doglobe Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. Content you post (job descriptions, profiles) remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on the platform. Don't post content you don't have rights to.
Limitation of liability
Workly is a platform connecting job seekers and employers. We don't guarantee job offers or candidate quality. We're not party to any employment agreement made through the platform. Use Workly at your own risk.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time. Provisions regarding data, IP, and liability survive termination.
